Limited Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty
At Robert Warren’s Automotive Repair, we stand behind the quality of our work.
Qualifying repairs performed using new parts supplied and installed by our shop are covered by our Limited Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle, provided all warranty conditions are met.
What This Warranty Covers
- Defects in parts supplied by Robert Warren’s Automotive Repair
- Defects in workmanship related to the original repair
If a covered part or our workmanship fails due to a defect, we will repair or replace it in accordance with this warranty.
What “Lifetime” Means
“Lifetime” refers to the usable service life of the part under normal operating conditions.
This warranty:
- Covers defects — not normal wear
- Does not mean parts last forever
- Does not provide unlimited replacement
All automotive parts have a service life. This warranty applies during that life when a defect is present.
Warranty Requirements
To keep the Limited Lifetime Warranty active:
- All required maintenance must be performed at Robert Warren’s Automotive Repair
- Maintenance must be completed on time, based on our BG-recommended service intervals
- The vehicle must return for no-charge warranty inspections every 6,000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first
- The vehicle must not be used for racing, competition, or abusive purposes
- Warranty repairs related to the original service must be performed at Robert Warren’s Automotive Repair
Failure to meet these requirements may void warranty coverage.
Maintenance-Dependent Components
Some components rely on regular maintenance to function properly.
Warranty coverage for these components depends on required maintenance being performed on time.
Examples include cooling system, brake hydraulic, lubrication, drivetrain, and suspension components.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear items, including but not limited to brake pads, brake rotors, clutches, tires, belts, and rubber components
- Failures caused by normal wear, age, mileage, lack of maintenance, or another unresolved condition
- Damage caused by abuse, neglect, or improper use
- Used, recycled, or salvage parts
Secondary-Cause Failures
If a covered part fails due to another condition (such as oil leaks, alignment issues, suspension wear, contamination, or lack of maintenance), the failure is not considered a defect and is not covered.
Additional Warranty Coverage
Some repairs may also include separate manufacturer or third-party warranties. These warranties are independent of our Limited Lifetime Warranty and are subject to their own terms.
